IPIPHONY’S ADDITIONAL FEATURES INCLUDE:
Call queues
Ipiphony includes ACD and call queues right out of the box with no additional license requirements. Queues can be monitored via the graphical user interface. Basic reporting is also included, and allows users to search for calls by user, date or other essential criteria. Call queues can also be recorded on an ad-hoc or full-time basis.

Graphical call tracking and reporting
Call reports can be generated on a variety of parameters, e.g., daily reports to gauge or compare call patterns, call activity by extension or call details. Reports can be downloaded in PDF format or as a CSV file, and can be viewed in graphical formats for quick overall review.


Soft phones and virtual servers
Ipiphony integrates with a variety of soft phones, allowing you use your computer as a telephone or extend the functionality of your cell phone to integrate with your PBX. Ipiphony can also operate in a virtual environment using Hyper V or VM Ware.
